What size should I choose?
All our top sizes are shown on the sizing guide. Measurements include your bust/chest and hip. Please contact us if you require further clarification on our sizing.
Please make sure that you select the correct sizes. You can always beg your friend/gran/mother to measure you to prevent disappointment.
If you are not sure about the background colour of tops, you are most welcome to email.
We know every woman is built differently and uniquely. If we cannot accommodate you according to the measurements shown in the table we would love to hear from you and assist.
When can I expect delivery of my order?
Our delivery time is around 14 - 21 working days, depending on your location. All our scrubs are hand made by us. When your Skroptoppie order is finished, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can see where your order is.
Please note, if you are not in a major city, your order might take a bit longer to reach you.
If you have a custom order, your order might take slightly longer, as a factory member is taken out of the normal production schedule to work on your custom orders.
We do our best to ensure all our measurements on our products are 100% correct, and it is up to you to ensure you measure yourself to see under which category you fall on our sizing chart. If you are still unsure, don't hesitate to get in touch.
However, if your item(s) don't fit, please contact us within 7 days after delivery of your order. We cannot guarantee that an exchange of a printed top will be possible, but we will be happy to help, or swop out with another print.
Exchanges and refunds will only be considered if the customer notifies SkropToppie within 7 days of delivery. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), exchanges and refunds will only be accepted and processed if the item(s) are in their original condition, unused, and no signs of damage, wear, or altering. Yes, make-up counts as damage!
-NO sale or embroidered item/s can be returned or exchanged.
-We are not liable for your washing skills. Wash dark and light colours separately.
-NO exchanges on custom sizing items.
-NO returns on theatre CAPS.
-We won't be able to refund you, a voucher will be send instead.
-You will be billed on damaged items.
Customers requesting an exchange or refund will need to courier their items to SkropToppie at their own cost. Courier of exchanged items back to the customer will also be at their own cost.
Exchanges will take time, we don't always have stock on hand and will be seen as a new order in some cases. Please be patient.
Customers that order internationally will be held liable for their own import and delivery costs.
